Backstory
Joined the military at 19, wanted it for college money but ended up being really good and enjoying flying so he stayed and climbed the ranks. He was noticed by a superior because he was able to control a crowd and make people listen despite his short stature. His superior asked him to lead/form a special task force that was in the first stages of development.
